Ruby tones with blueberry, chocolate, and cassis notes... this beauty has earned her name. "Jolie" is our first Bordeaux style blend comprised of 88% estate Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Petit Verdot.

2004 "Estate" Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2004 chapter began with an early bud break producing intense fruit. This vintage aged for 21 months in French, American, and Hungarian oak, revealing black cherry, plum, fig, cassis, and chocolate characters.

Experience the miracle in berry and grape form at Chabot Space & Science Center on Sunday 4/11/10. Starting at 6PM, food explorers will enjoy mad science, miracle fruit food tasting experiments, wine, and celestial objects in the night sky. Miracle Fruit Man Curtis Mozie, Chabot astronomers, and winemakers will be on-hand to answer any pre-flight and stargazing questions. $30 all inclusive. Register today- this event will sell out.
