Our first estate vintage
Eden Canyon Vineyards
2003 "Estate" Cabernet Sauvignon

Our story continues with out first estate wine. This vintage
comes in a twilight purple cover and a sweet plum nose. It
begins with a library of flavors- strawberries, nutmeg, blueberries,
black currant, caramel, and sandstone. It ends with smooth tannins
bittersweet chocolate, and butterscotch. What happens in between
is your story...
